1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cabji platform and all services provided under it. By creating an account on cabji or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in English for Bangladeshi players. If any translation or language discrepancy arises, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services and contact the support team to close your account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on cabji and to participate in any betting or gaming activities. cabji may request proof of valid identification at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all accounts being suspended or permanently closed, and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — such as name, address, date of birth, and contact details — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password secure. You should not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on cabji is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks in Bangladesh).

When making a deposit, ensure that the payment account is registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and to an account under the same owner. Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is completed.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If money laundering or fraud is suspected, cabji reserves the right to suspend any transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied only to the bonus amount and not to the deposited principal. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳10,000 (= ৳1,000 × 10) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — such as taking advantage through multiple accounts or any other fraudulent method — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

4.4 Changes to Promotional Offers

cabji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Once new terms take effect, they will apply to all accounts.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet may be cancelled before it is finalised, but once confirmed it cannot be changed. cabji reserves the right to void any bets placed due to a system error.

5.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please note that market outcomes will always be determined by our official data sources. In the event of any dispute, cabji's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using a fair and unbiased Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be interfered with.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Intentionally exploiting errors in any game or system
• Attempting to guarantee outcomes artificially by coordinating bets with other users (collusion)
• Any form of fraudulent activity

6 VIP Program

The cabji VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond.

Advancement to higher VIP tiers depends on your regular activity on the platform. Details of VIP benefits are subject to change, and cabji reserves the right to make final decisions in this regard.

7 Responsible Gaming

cabji places great importance on responsible gambling. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems.

• You can set deposit limits on your account.

Brands and content belonging to third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and others remain the property of their respective owners.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at User Request

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

10.2 Suspension by cabji

cabji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions
• Providing false information
• Fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of betting policies

11 Limitation of Liability

cabji strives to keep its services uninterrupted as a safe and reliable platform. However, cabji is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues, disruption to third-party services, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

The risk of losing money in betting and gaming rests entirely with the user. You are advised to avoid betting beyond your means.

12 Dispute Resolution

If the matter is not resolved through the support team, cabji's management team will review it. cabji's decision will be considered final in all disputes.

13 Changes to Terms

cabji reserves the right to amend these terms partially or in full at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform to inform users once changes take effect.
